What condiments do not have carbs?
There are several condiments out there that have little to no carbs per serving. Some of them include: hot sauce, mustard, plain vinegar and most dried herbs that have no added sugar.
Be mindful that even though they have marked 0 carbs per serving, the carb count may be too small to register on the bottle and may in fact have 1 or more carbs when the suggested serving amount is exceeded.
Condiments to avoid on keto:
The main condiments you need to look out for when trying to stay in ketosis include, most of the premade sauces, full sugar ketchup, regular maple syrup, tomato paste, soy sauce and jam.
Keto Condiments List:
1. Hot Sauce
There’s no denying that hot sauce is one of the best condiments out there. And Frank’s Red Hot is the best of the best – and for good reason! This hot sauce has a perfect balance of flavor and heat, making it versatile enough to use as a dipping sauce, marinade, or even just a simple condiment on your favorite keto dish.

2. Coconut Aminos
You may be wondering, can you have soy sauce on keto diet? The answer to that would be no as it’s quite high in carbs.
But then how do you get that umami flavor without soy sauce? With coconut aminos, of course! This condiment is made from fermented coconuts and tastes strikingly similar to soy sauce. It’s perfect for all your favorite Asian-inspired dishes – stir-fries, noodles, dumplings, you name it.
People are going nuts for it because it’s a delicious, low-carb alternative to regular soy sauce. Plus, it has about 60% less sodium than soy sauce, so you can enjoy it without guilt.

What would a condiment list be without mustard? This classic condiment is a must-have in any kitchen. And French’s Classic Yellow Mustard is my go-to because it goes amazingly well with hotdogs, burgers, and sandwiches.

The problem with most ketchup is that they’re loaded with sugar. But not Heinz No-Sugar Added Tomato Ketchup – this ketchup is made with real tomatoes and a touch of sweetener, making it a delicious, low-carb option.
People are raving about how good this ketchup tastes, and I have to agree. I recently served it with some keto mayo chicken to the family, and they wiped the plate clean!
