Low carb frappuccino shopping list
Here’s everything you will need to make the -insert keyword-
- Strong brewed coffee – Use any kind of brewed coffee you have, just make sure you let it chill before using it in this recipe. You can even use instant coffee, just mix 1.5-2 tsp of instant coffee in 1/2 cup of hot water and let it cool.
- Unsweetened almond milk – Make sure it has no added sugars! If you’re not a fan of almond milk, use coconut milk, cashew milk, soy or even real milk. Just know that this will alter the carb count of this drink.
- Heavy Cream
- Sweetener – Any sweetener will work like Swerve, stevia, erythritol, etc.
- Xanthan Gum – This will thicken the drink up. If you don’t have any, just add an extra 1/2 cup of ice to the mix and you’ll be fine.
- Ice – I like to use crushed ice
