When you’re on a low-carb diet, it can be tough to find the time or energy for indulgences. That’s why we like this quick & easy 2 -ingredient keto fall cocktail recipe – low carb spiced apple cider mimosa.

Coming home to a house filled with the smell of apple cider is one of my favorite things about Fall. I can’t wait for Thanksgiving and Christmas so that I get to serve this delightful drink!

Instead of just drinking apple cider, I made an amazing cocktail out of it by combining some champagne and adding in a little apple decoration.

This will make your Holiday parties stand out from all the others because not only does its gorgeous amber color work perfectly well with Harvest or Christmas decor but when you taste how wonderfully sweet-and-sour they mix together, you won’t want anything else on your menu!

Keto Fall Cocktails – Easy Low Carb Apple Cider Mimosa

Can you have champagne/sparkling wine on keto?

Champagne is generally a low-carb wine, but this may vary depending on the type. Stick to those with lower carbs such as Brut which contains less than 2g carbs per 150ml serving), Extra Brut or Brut Nature and make sure it fits into your daily carb allowance.

While this is a fun keto twist on a traditional mimosa, it still contains about 5g carbs per glass (depending on the type of apple cider and sparkling wine used).

To ensure you stay in ketosis, don’t consume too many of these and make sure you stay within your daily amount of allowed carbs.
