- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread a small amount of cream cheese onto half of the pepperoni slices.
- Sprinkle with Everything but the Bagel seasoning.
- Top with another pepperoni slice and press the edges to seal.
- Place the assembled pepperoni pockets on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy.
- Remove from the oven and pat dry with a paper towel to absorb excess grease.
- Serve warm with keto-friendly marinara sauce for dipping.

VEGGIE STICKS AND DIP
Slice up celery and carrot for a quick ketogenic snack and serve it with a simple sour cream, salt, pepper, and mixed herb dip. (Just mix together 1/3 cup sour cream, 1 tsp mixed dried herbs and salt and pepper to taste.) This also makes a great keto snack for work and it keeps well in the fridge.
CRISPY KALE CHIPS
Cut out the middle hard bit of a kale leaf and cut the remaining 3-4 leaves into 2-inch pieces. Season with a bit of salt and pepper + 1 tsp olive oil and lay flat on a baking sheet. Bake at 300ºF (150ºC) for 10 minutes, then flip over and bake for another 10 minutes.

MICROWAVE PEPPERONI CHIPS
Lay out the desired amount of pepperoni on a big paper towel and microwave for 45 seconds, if you like the pepperoni extra crispy, microwave for 30 more seconds.
AVOCADO EGGS
Slice open a ripe avocado and scoop a bit of the inside out. Dump a raw egg into it, season with salt & pepper. Microwave in 30-second intervals for 30 seconds to 1 minute and 30 seconds depending on the desired doneness of the egg. Serve immediately.
QUICK KETO SMOOTHIE
In a blender, dump in 1 cup of almond milk, 1/4 cup of frozen mixed berries, some ice, and a tablespoon of greek yogurt/cream cheese. Blend for 1 minute. This makes a great keto breakfast smoothie on the go. Or a post-workout snack.

QUICK PARMESAN CRISPS
Measure out 6 tablespoons of shredded parmesan cheese. Lay them 1 tbsp at a time onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Sprinkle a little bit of garlic powder or mixed herbs onto each one. Cook at 400ºF (200ºC) for 3-4 minutes. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
CUCUMBER WITH COTTAGE CHEESE
Slice up 1/4 cucumber into thin slices and mix together with 1/2 cup full-fat cottage cheese, salt, and pepper. Cottage cheese is a low-carb and very high protein snack that is filling and delicious. 1/2 of cottage cheese contains just 3 g of net carbs and 14 grams of protein.
BACON WRAPPED ASPARAGUS
Wrap 4 slices of bacon strips around 4 asparagus spears. Preheat oven to 400ºF (200ºC) and cook the bacon-wrapped asparagus spears on a lined baking sheet for 20 minutes.

CREAMY GREEK YOGURT WITH BERRIES AND NUTS
Mix 1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt with 1/4 cup berries (raspberries and blackberries are a good low carb option) and a small handful of almonds or another kind of nuts. This makes for a tasty sweet keto snack.

HARD BOILED EGGS
Hard-boiled eggs are a great quick and filling snack idea for the keto diet. Eggs contain an extremely low amount of carbs so you can enjoy more than just one. I like to serve my eggs with some zero carb hot sauce.

MACADAMIA NUTS
Nuts are a great snack ideas for keto diet as they are ready-made and easy to keep in your purse when you’re on the go. These dry roasted sea salt macadamia nuts contain just 1 g of net carbs per 1/4 cup serve.
When I buy the bag of nuts, the first thing I always do is measure out a big batch of zip lock bags with exactly 1/4 cup of nuts in each of them so I know I won’t be tempted to eat more than that at once and go over my macros.
AVOCADO
Avocados are a great source of healthy fats and low in carbs. They taste great just on their own or with some salt & pepper and hot sauce. You can also mix some smashed avo with cottage cheese for a creamy treat.

STRING CHEESE
There are just 80 calories in string cheese and 1 g net carbs per 20 g serving. Make sure you always buy the full-fat kind and always keep it in the fridge to avoid spoiling.
DARK CHOCOLATE
Make sure you buy your chocolate with at least 80% cacao content. Lindt has various dark chocolate bars ranging from 80% all the way up to 99%.
Personally, I like the 90% one the best and it contains 3.5 g net carbs per 20 g serve so don’t overdo it when snacking on chocolate.

KETO BARK WITH ALMONDS
Another sweet keto-friendly snack you can buy. This dark chocolate bark contains nuts and is sweetened with monk fruit. It contains just 2 g of net carbs per 1 oz serving.
BEEF JERKY
Jerky is so tasty and doesn’t feel like a diet snack at all. These grass-fed jerky sticks come in single-serve packets and can always be found in my bag.
This is truly the perfect keto snack to go that every ketogenic dieter should try! They are also zero carbs snack.

PICKLES
Pickles are extremely low carb and pickle juice is loaded with hydrating electrolytes. Just make sure the pickles have no added sugars, always check the jar before buying!
PORK RIND
Pork rinds are crunchy and the perfect substitute for potato chips. These UTZ pork rinds come in a huge barrel that usually lasts me for weeks and is pretty cheap for a ketogenic snack.
NUT BUTTER
Peanut and almond nut butter taste great on their own or with some fresh veggie sticks.
MOON CHEESE
This crunchy and full of flavor treat is one of my favorite keto snacking ideas. Moon cheese is so tasty and comes in 3 incredible flavors. My fav is cheddar.
OLIVES
I’m a big fan of this savory snack. They taste crazy good with cheese, salami, and pickles.

KETO CRACKERS
Primal thin crackers are low carb, suuuuper crunchy and delicious and contain just 3 g net carbs per serving. I love having these with some cheese.
PUMPKIN SEEDS
The perfect year-round crunchy snack that is so satisfying and delicious. 1 oz of pumpkin seeds contains just 2.5 g net carbs and 14 grams of fat.
